Shipping policy

The standard shipping is Priority Mail via USPS, 2-4 days delivery (including Saturdays) from the date that your items have shipped out, not from the date that the order is placed.  The shipping fee added to your order includes the weight of the product, tracking number confirmation, insurance, shipping and handling.  Every package will have a tracking number.  Once your payment is accepted you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail with your tracking number.

Stylz by Machae is NOT, under any circumstances, responsible for packages lost/damaged/stolen in transit, incorrectly addressed, unclaimed/refused packages, or stolen packages marked "Delivered" by USPS.  If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at 800-275-8777 as all packages are insured.

PLEASE NOTE:  Packages that are returned to Stylz by Machae due to an incomplete or incorrectly supplied address, customers will be responsible for any new shipping costs associated with resending the package.

Ground shipping that delivers packages in 2-5 business days.  Rates are based on weight and distance and is determined at checkout.
